Completing the surveys has a direct impact on what will be worked on. They also want to get the 'integrity' of diamonds and rares fixed (aka some are way more common than they want and a couple of others aren't common enough) There should be a bug fix patch coming this month (foot steps, mission fixes, crashes, animal pathing issues, weight/trophy estimation, and a few unconfirmed ones that they are still working on and not sure if they'll be fixed in time for the next patch) and TruAxis as well. So it seems to me that the tune has changed for the better, hopefully it results in what it sounds like it will. And they also acquired some new interns for future employment. Up until now they all were basically trying to do both. so there will be members dedicated to the 'live' branch of the game (current) for fixes and whatnot and other members dedicated to the 'Update' branch aka future stuff.
